Latinx Unity Celebration

The Latinx Unity Celebration is a Cornell tradition that dates back to1992 when then the Hispanic American Studies Program hosted the first Latino Unity Dinner. This event centers around a community theme that brings staff, students, community members to gather in celebration of Latino Heritage. This annual event includes a keynote speaker, Student Leadearship Award, Latin food, student performances, poetry readings, and more.

Students and student organizations were able to organize the 28th Annual Unity Dinner despite the challenges presented by COVID during the fall 2021 semester.
